Fee: USD 1,500 – 4,000 for standard JV arrangements, depending on scope and negotiation complexity.

We provide ongoing legal support as external corporate counsel, advising on day-to-day corporate governance and internal legal matters. This includes preparation of board and shareholder resolutions, governance structuring, and ongoing corporate maintenance to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

We also assist with regulatory and disclosure obligations, including SEC-related filings and reporting requirements, as applicable. Our goal is to provide consistent, practical legal oversight so that companies can operate with confidence while maintaining full compliance in a dynamic regulatory environment.

  • Hourly: USD 300/hour

  • Monthly Retainer (optional): USD 2,000 – 5,000

Contract Drafting & Review
